As the regional Builder Association, we stand ready to help you locate quality Builders, Remodelers, Developers
and other Building Professionals in East Central Indiana.
Our Association is a not-for-profit
organization, established in 1947, and was known as the Muncie Home Builders Assn. until May of 2008, when the
name was changed to East Central Indiana Builders Association (ECIBA).
This change was to broaden the scope
of our business activity, and to more accurately describe the geographic area assigned to us by our parent organizations.
We currently are charged with supporting Builders and Associates in the Indiana counties of Blackford, Delaware, Jay, and
Randolph.
Our Association supports the practices established by the Indiana Quality Assurance Builder Standards.
Builder Members are required to adopt these Standards as an element of their membership.
